Terms of Use

1. What MigraineNest does

MigraineNest is designed to help you record migraine experiences, review information you entered, and create summaries that you may choose to share. Basic recording and access to existing records are free. The app identifies features that require an active Plus subscription before purchase.

Availability, features, and the website preview may change. MigraineNest currently offers neither a complimentary Plus experience nor an automatic subscription trial. If a future App Store offer includes a trial, its terms will be shown before purchase.

2. Not medical advice or an emergency service

MigraineNest does not diagnose migraine or another condition, predict attacks, prescribe treatment, or replace a qualified health professional. Insights and reports reflect what you entered; incomplete or inaccurate entries may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Patterns or associations do not prove a cause.

Review any document before relying on or sharing it, particularly symptoms, medicines, and timing. Relief content is general wellbeing content, not individualized treatment. Stop an activity if it is uncomfortable, and do not delay medical care because of information in the app. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

3. Plus subscriptions

When Plus is offered in the iOS app, the App Store purchase screen shows the available plan, billing period, and price before you confirm. Apple processes App Store payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal rather than immediately ending an already-paid period. Entitlement can also change after a refund or revocation. Use Restore purchases to check an eligible App Store purchase; it does not buy again, renew an expired subscription, or restore migraine records. Refund requests for App Store purchases go through Apple, subject to applicable law.

Ending Plus does not transfer ownership of your records to us. Basic access to existing records remains free, while generating new Plus content may require an active subscription. A Plus subscription is not a health-record backup service.

4. Your records and sharing

You retain ownership of notes and other content you create. You decide what to record and whether to export or share a report, PDF, or image. Check the content and recipient before sharing sensitive information. Copies saved in other apps, backups, or a recipient's device may remain outside MigraineNest's control.

How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not grant us permission to use your health records for advertising or our own AI model training.

5. External services

Relief may display or link to third-party content, including YouTube videos. Optional weather context uses Open-Meteo, and the in-app feedback link opens a Tally form. External providers set their own terms and privacy practices, and their content or availability may change. A link, weather summary, or embedded video is not personalized medical advice.

6. iOS app license and consumer rights

Unless a separate license is presented for the app in the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the iOS app license. These terms explain MigraineNest's features and subscriptions alongside that license. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app, or another appropriate notice before they apply where required.
